EXHIBIT 1 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT The undersigned has read and understands the Protective Order issued by the United States District Court, Southern District of Indiana in the case of Davis v. Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., et al., 1:10-cv-01303-JMS-DML. I agree that I will not disclose any CONFIDENTIAL information received by me pursuant to the Protective Order, and I will comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of said Protective Order unless and until modified by further Order of the Court. I hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court, Southern District of Indiana, solely for purposes of enforcing said Protective Order.
