UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
Defendants, Roman Catholic Church of the Diocese of Baton Rouge, Most Reverend
Robert W. Muench, his Predecessors and Successors, as Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church
of the Diocese of Baton Rouge, and Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, hereby move for an
extension of time until January 19, 2012 within which to answer or otherwise respond to
Plaintiff’s Original Complaint in this matter.
Undersigned counsel hereby certifies that this is the first extension filed in the captioned
matter on behalf of Defendants, Roman Catholic Church of the Diocese of Baton Rouge, Most
Reverend Robert W. Muench, his Predecessors and Successors, as Bishop of the Roman Catholic
Church of the Diocese of Baton Rouge, and Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company and counsel for
Plaintiff has agreed to this extension.

WHEREFORE, Defendants, Roman Catholic Church of the Diocese of Baton Rouge,
Most Reverend Robert W. Muench, his Predecessors and Successors, as Bishop of the Roman

this Court for an extension of time up to and including January 19, 2012 within which to answer
or otherwise file responsive pleadings in this action.
