IT IS ORDERED that Defendants, Roman Catholic Church of the Diocese of Baton
Rouge, Most Reverend Robert W. Muench, his Predecessors and Successors, as Bishop of the
Roman Catholic Church of the Diocese of Baton Rouge, and Fireman’s Fund Insurance
Company, be and hereby is granted an extension of time up to and including January 18, 2012
within which to answer or otherwise respond to the Plaintiff’s Original Complaint.
