DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS COMPLAINT Defendants Fred W. Phelps, Sr. ("Phelps") and Westboro Baptist Church, Inc. ("WBC") respectfully move to dismiss the Complaint, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. Proc. 12(b) and all other applicable provisions of law. The grounds for this Motion are set forth in Defendant's attached Memorandum of Points and Authorities Supporting his Motion to Dismiss.
