I left a voicemail for you last Wednesday, 10/26 I believe, in response to yours. I advised you that I likely would not be in 
the office and requested that you send me an e‐mail to let me know specifically what you need.  I did not receive an 
email from you as I requested; however, you later left a voice mail for my colleague, Juanita Brooks, whom you also 
spoke with today, requesting the immediate production of the image shown on Plaintiff’s complaint.  The sketch on the 
front page of the complaint that was created by Mr. Gordon has already been produced.  The DreamWorks’ image, and 
a copy of the image that was depicted on the front page of plaintiff’s complaint, are attached per your request.     

On another note, Defendants have not produced the KFP films, i.e., KFP 1, 2 and the Secrets of the Furious Five.  We also 
request a recording of the KFP Christmas special program, along with any other KFP programs, films, etc.  Please send 
copies to me this week.
