MOTION FOR PRO HAC VICE
ADMISSION OF ATTORNEY JOSEPH J. SIPRUT
The undersigned moves this Honorable Court, as provided for in the Local Rules, to
admit reputable member of the Illinois Bar, Joseph J. Siprut of Siprut PC as Petitioner’s attorney
of record in the above-captioned matter. This motion is supported by the attached Certificate of
Good Standing duly issued by the Illinois Supreme Court, as well as by the attached affidavit of
Joseph J. Siprut. In support of this motion, the undersigned attorney states as follows:
1.

Joseph J. Siprut is a reputable member in good standing of every jurisdiction

where he has been admitted to practice.
2.

There are no disciplinary proceedings pending against Joseph J. Siprut in any

jurisdiction.
3.

Joseph J. Siprut is familiar with the Local Rules of the United States District

Court for the District of Massachusetts.
4.

Joseph J. Siprut is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, before the United

States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, before the Seventh Circuit Court of
Appeals, and before the United States Supreme Court.

Illinois grants similar pro hac vice privileges to Massachusetts attorneys pursuant

to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 707.
6.

If admitted in the above-captioned matter, Joseph J. Siprut will be representing

Petitioner, with whom he had previously established an attorney-client relationship.
7.

The Petitioner will be severely prejudiced in this matter if Joseph J. Siprut is not

permitted to represent him in this action.
8.

The Affidavit of Joseph J. Siprut is incorporated herewith and attached hereto as

Exhibit A.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned moves this Honorable Court to admit Joseph J. Siprut
pro hac vice as counsel of record for the above-named Petitioner in this case, and to instruct Mr.
Siprut to file his appearance on behalf of the above-named Petitioner in this case within thirty
days of the Court’s granting of this motion.
