AFFIDAVIT OF JOSEPH J. SIPRUT
I, Joseph J. Siprut, declare:
1.
I am a reputable member in good standing of the Illinois bar and have been
admitted to practice and am in good standing in the State of Illinois and before the United States
District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
2.
I am a member of the bar in good standing in every jurisdiction where admitted to
practice.
3.
There are no disciplinary proceedings pending against me.
4.
I am familiar with the Local Rules of the U.S. District Court for the District of
Massachusetts.
5.
I am a general practitioner of law and the managing partner at Siprut PC in
Chicago Illinois.
6.
Illinois grants similar Pro Hac Vice privileges to Massachusetts attorneys
pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 707.

If admitted, I will be representing my client with whom I had an existing attorney-
client relationship.
8.
My client will be severely prejudiced if I am not allowed to participate in the
above-captioned matter before this Honorable Court.
9.
A true and correct copy of a letter of good standing, duly issued by the Illinois
Supreme Court, is attached and incorporated.
