In support of the Motion for Admission pro hac vice, I, Venkat Balasubramani certify
under penalty of perjury of the laws of the United States and the State of Massachusetts as
follows:
1.
This case in not a related or consolidated matter for which I have previously
applied to appear pro hac vice.
2.
I am an attorney in good standing and authorized to appear in the courts of the
State of Washington and the State of California. My California State bar number is 189192. My
Washington State bar number is 28269.
3.
I am familiar (and will comply) with the applicable provisions of the Local Rules
of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
4.
There are no disciplinary proceedings pending against me in any jurisdiction. (An
opposing litigant recently filed (pro se) a grievance against me. The Washington State Bar
Association has not issued a preliminary ruling as to whether to refer the matter to the
Washington State Bar Association disciplinary board.)
