On December 12, 2011, a bankruptcy case concerning Co-Defendant, Lee
Enterprises, Inc. (“Lee Enterprises”), was filed under Chapter 11 of the U.S.
Bankruptcy Code, thereby invoking the automatic stay provision of 11 U.S.C. §
362. Notice of Stay Pending Bankruptcy Court Proceedings was properly filed on
December 13, 2011. Subsequently, Lee Enterprises moved the Court to vacate the
current Order (Dkt. 182), as it concerns Lee Enterprises, and to stay all pending
deadlines in this matter.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Vacate is
GRANTED, and the Order (Dkt. 182), as it concerns Lee Enterprises, is vacated
and all pending deadlines for Lee Enterprises in this

matter are stayed pending resolution of the Bankruptcy Court Proceedings.
