Confirmation of the Plan. On January 23,2012, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court") entered its Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order (l) Approving (A) Solicitation and Disclosure Statement and (B) Prepetition Solicitation and Voting Procedures and (II) Confirming Second Amended Joint Prepackaged Plan of Reorganization for Lee Enterprises, Incorporated and Its Debtor Subsidiaries [Docket No. l7l] (the "ConfirmatiolQrdg") with respect to the Second Amended Joint Prepackaged Plan of Reorganization for Lee Enterprises, Incorporated and Its Debtor Subsidiaries [Docket No. 159] (the "!lgn") filed by the debtors and debtors-in possession in the above-captioned chapter I I cases (collectively, the "Debto$" and, as reorganized entities after emergence, the "BgoreanizedlQg.blq6"). Effective Date of the Plan. All conditions precedent to the Effective Date of the Plan have been satisfied or waived. The Effective Date has occurred and for all purposes is and shall be January 30,2012. 3. Bar Date For Certain Administrative Exnense Claims. Unless otherwise ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, all applications for final allowance of compensation or reimbursement of expenses incurred by any Professional, and all other requests for the payment of Administrative Expense Claims, including all requests for the allowance of any Administrative Expense Claim pursuant to section 503(bX3XD) of the Bankruptcy Code for substantial contributions made in the above-captioned chapter 1l cases (but specifically excluding all requests for the payment of obligations incurred by the Debtors in the ordinary course of their business operations after the Petition Date), must be filed with the Bankruptcy Court and served on the Reorganized Debtors and their counsel at the following addresses no later than February 29,2012 (the "Administrative Exp "): LEE ENTERPRISES.
