aver two hearings August 6, 2010 as four (4) hearings held. Spreadbury presented
in three (3) hearings. Lee considers Spreadbury newsworthy; August 9,2010
article report ofjudicial hearing.

Lee rejects felony hit and run accident September 14, 2007 ofpublic official;
Hamilton City Council Mike LaSalle by 11121108 email message of Perry Backus
(PLA 342). Backus is Lee "expert" in aforementioned. Photo of accident is (PLA
336, PLA-PIC-2); request for newsworthiness by Spreadbury denied: PLA 342)
"Expert" Lee Editor Sherry Devlin asks internet user to remove public domain
photo from website, cites Lee copywrite, although Internet is public domain, and
no infringement ofpublically published photo (PLA 341). Lee Reporter Jeff
Shermerker, ofAugust 9, 20 I 0 article publishes false light March 15, 20} 0 of
Spreadbury in Bitterroot Politics blog, owned by Lee Enterprises (PLA 337).
Spreadbury is "failed mayor candidate": no argument found in documentary in re:
Hamilton as a "legal political entity". Spreadbury name identified, linked to other
Ravalli Republic articles. See Concurrent affidavit May 3, 2012.
By FRCP 26(e) Spreadbury submits PLA 336-344, PLA-PIC-2 for discovery to
