Melissa, Is this a whole-sale customer? Are you getting a signed invoice like attached if so on any large orders? That would be the best thing to do, and require signature receipt of delivery as well to protect you from chargebacks.

Melissa, Noticed a $3,912.50 Transaction come through today, which isn't 'normal' for what you usually process. This card was also run on Jan 9th for $2965.00. Can you call me so we can talk about the Sale/Customer? Is this a long-standing customer? Are multiple items being ordered? Just seems odd that we'd have the card pop up a few times in one month.
