NOTICE OF CONSENT MOTION OF HAUSFELD LLP TO WITHDRAW AS
COUNSEL TO DEFENDANTS JOHN OSSENMACHER AND LARRY RUDOLPH
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Hausfeld LLP will and hereby does move this Court,
before the Honorable Richard J. Sullivan, Courtroom 905, United States Courthouse, 40 Foley
Square, New York, New York, at a date and time convenient for the Court, for an Order, pursuant
to Local Civil Rule 1.4 of the Rules of the United States District Courts for the Southern and
Eastern Districts of New York, granting the withdrawal of Hausfeld LLP as attorneys of record for
Defendants John Ossenmacher and Larry Rudolph a/k/a Lawrence S. Rogel (the “Individual
Defendants”). The Individual Defendants consent – and ReDigi and the Plaintiffs do not object –
to Hausfeld’s withdrawal from this case. This consent motion is supported by the memorandum of
law and affidavit of James J. Pizzirusso, filed concurrently with this motion.
