I am an attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. I am a member of the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, counsel for Defendant Apple Inc., in the above-captioned actions. I make this affidavit in support of Apple’s motion, pursuant to Rule 1.3(c) of the Local Civil Rules of this Court, for the admission of Theodore J. Boutrous, Jr., to the bar of this Court pro hac vice. 2. Mr. Boutrous is a member of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and is a member in good standing of the bar of the State of California. See Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Supreme Court of California, dated July 18, 2013 (attached hereto as Exhibit 1). Mr. Boutrous is familiar with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and with the Rules of this Court. 3.
