PLAINTIFF’S OPPOSITION TO DEFENDANTS’ ACCELERATED MOTION TO
COMPEL
At this time, Plaintiff Paul D. Ceglia is complying with the Court’s August 18, 2011
Order. Ceglia has given his consent to Stroz Friedberg searching his emails on the forms
provided by Stroz Friedberg. (See Declaration of Nathan A. Shaman.) The original, signed
forms are currently en route to Ceglia’s attorneys. Ceglia’s attorneys will turn the forms over to
Stroz Friedberg immediately upon receipt so that Stroz Friedberg may conduct its search
pursuant to the Electronic Asset Inspection Protocol (Doc. No. 85). (Id.)
Therefore, Ceglia respectfully requests that the Court deny Defendants’ motion as moot.
