DECLARATION OF NATHAN A. SHAMAN
I, Nathan A. Shaman, Esq. submit this Declaration in opposition to Defendants’
Accelerated Motion to Compel and hereby declare:
1.

I am an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California. I am an

associate attorney with Jeffrey A. Lake, A.P.C., counsel of record for Plaintiff Paul D. Ceglia in
the above-captioned matter. I make this declaration based upon personal knowledge.
2.

On September 23, 2011, Paul Ceglia emailed me to inform me that he sent out the

consent forms for the email accounts, pursuant to the Court’s August 18, 2011 Order. (Doc. No.
117.)
3.

After Mr. Ceglia’s attorneys receive the consent forms, they will provide them to

Stroz Friedberg.
