I have communicated with Mr. Holmberg and he has indicated he has one electronic copy of the Lawsuit
Overwiew.pdf document that he retained after receiving it via email. He has also indicated he has one copy of a
contract between my client and your client, the same contract we have provided you on numerous occasions.
Mr. Holmberg will burn those two items to a CD with all meta-data intact and send that CD directly to Bryan
Rose at Stroz.
Once that CD is received, I consider this concern of yours satisfactorily resolved.
