Conference call with the court Dean Boland <dean@bolandlegal.com> Tue, Jul 10, 2012 at 8:23 PM To: "Sandra_Wilson@nywd.uscourts.gov" <sandra_wilson@nywd.uscourts.gov> Cc: Alexander Southwell <asouthwell@gibsondunn.com>, Paul Argentieri <paul.argentieri@gmail.com> Sandra: I hope things are well with you. After conversation with Mr. Southwell today, we have a matter regarding the court's recent order that we think can be resolved with a short call to the court. I've suggested a call with the court to Mr. Southwell and he hasn't indicated he's opposed to it. We have a deposition set for all day tomorrow, but the Thursday deposition had to be reset, so that day and potentially Friday are available for the call. If you could respond with whether the court is able to speak with us either of those days, I would appreciate it. For the court's reference, the matter we would like to speak to him about is the Kasowitz letter portion of his order. We produced what the court ordered, but Defendants have a different understanding of the order. We believe a short phone call can resolve the matter without further motion practice. Thank you. Dean Boland. EXHIBIT B
