letter#dated#April#13,#2011,#from#attorneys#at#the#New#York#law#firm#of#Kasowitz,#Benson,#Torres#&#Friedman
LLP#to#coQcounsel#at#DLA#Piper#LLP#and#Lippes#Mathias#Wexler#Friedman#LLP.”##Plaintiff#failed#to#produce#the
Kasowitz#Letter#by#July#9,#as#required#by#this#Court's#Order,#and#is#in#contempt.##We#intend#to#file#a#motion
regarding#this#matter#promptly,#since#our#repeated#attempts#to#resolve#this#issue#without#Court#intervention
have#not#succeeded.#
