FedEx a check in amount of $5,100.00 made out to Peter V. Tytell. This amount includes Mr. Tytell’s $3,400.00
deposition fee, as well as a cancellation fee of $1,700.00, for having cancelled his deposition scheduled for
August 2, 2012 just before midnight on August 1, 2012, which is less than the 3 days’ notice his terms
require. Please do not send this check to Mr. Tytell’s office listed on his report; because he is traveling next
week he will not be in the office. Instead, please send the check to:
