MOTION FOR A STAY OF PROCEEDINGS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, upon the Memorandum of Law in Support of
the National Football League’s Motion for a Stay of Proceedings, and all other papers and
proceedings herein, the National Football League (“NFL”) respectfully moves this Court for an
order staying all proceedings in this action until at least 30 days after the Judicial Panel on
Multidistrict Litigation issues a final ruling on the NFL’s pending request, pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
§ 1407, for transfer of three actions pending in the United States District Court for the Central
District of California to this Court, for pretrial coordination and consolidation with this action.
