Google is hereby ORDERED to finish the agreed production so that Function Media
receives it no later than September 1, 2009. In addition, Google is ORDERED to produce its

corporate representative on revenue and margins no later than September 10, 2009 and its
corporate representative on acquisitions no later than September 15, 2009.
