[PROPOSED] AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT

The Court has granted summary judgment of non-infringement as to the sole patent-insuit. On March 5, 2010, the Parties agreed to the dismissal without prejudice of the counterclaims by Defendants Google Inc. and Yahoo! Inc. for invalidity and unenforceability. In order to finally resolve all claims as to all parties in this case the Court now proceeds to enter this Amended Final Judgment in the place of the Judgment entered on March 11, 2010 It is, therefore, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: 1. 2.
