ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS FOR LACK OF STANDING BEFORE THE COURT is Defendants Google Inc., Yahoo! Inc., IAC Search & Media, Inc., AOL LLC, and Lycos, Inc.'s (collectively, "Defendants") Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Standing. After reviewing the Motion to Dismiss, the Response thereto, any further briefing, and the evidence presented by the parties, the Court finds that the Motion to Dismiss should be GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Standing is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that this case is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
