Deltapoint changes its name to Site Technologies, Inc. Deltapoint (a.k.a. Site Technologies, Inc.) enters into a Bill of Sale with Egger. The Bill of Sale is later recorded with an undated Assignment. (Ex. 7). Deltapoint files for bankruptcy. Bankruptcy court enters Order Confirming Debtor' First Amended Plan of s Reorganization. Jeffrey Ait, as Libertech's President and CEO, submits a Certificate of Renewal and Revival for Libertech with the Delaware Secretary of State. (Ex. 10). Jeffrey Ait files papers with the Delaware and California Secretaries of State to merge Deltapoint and Libertech and leave Deltapoint as the surviving entity. (Ex. 8 & 9). Final Decree issues in Deltapoint bankruptcy proceedings. Case is closed. Software Rights Archive, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware. Egger executes a document in which he purports to be President of Libertech (a.k.a. Site/Technologies/Inc.) and attempts to assign the '352 and '494 patents from Libertech to himself as an individual. (Ex. 11).
