Overview:
LG Electronics Alabama, Inc., is seeking a Parts Representative with excellent customer service skills in our Dallas/Ft
Worth office to assist internal and external customers with parts orders, invoices, shipments and reports. Will work
closely with parts purchasing and warehouse staff to ensure all customers’ needs are met including: providing parts
information, participating in conference calls, and facilitating parts provision.

Responsibilities:
Release customer orders in a timely manner, monitoring order shipping status to meet customers’ requests,
M aintain and update customer information.
Respond to all customer inquiries including parts and tracking information, pricing and invoice issues.
Hold regular conference calls with customers and carriers to discuss potential parts issues.
Analyze discrepancies and report to warehouse and Quality Team.
Work with customers to accurately forecast parts needed; prepare sales plan based on expected volume.
Provide urgent parts ETAs to customers and team.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
M inimum of a High School Education.
Proficient in M S Office.
Demonstrated customer service experience; skilled at verbal, written and interpersonal communications.
Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

LG Electronics has consolidated its cell phone repair business to its facility at
AllianceTexas in Fort Worth, adding 65 full-time employees and more than
65,000 square feet.
The mobile communications company originally moved to the Alliance Global
Logistics Hub in 2005, when it leased 99,000 square feet in the Commerce Center
4 building at 2153 Eagle Parkway in the Fort Worth section of the Hillwood's
17,000-acre AllianceTexas development. LG Electronics will now occupy the entire
165,402-square-foot Commerce Center 4 building.
The company will add as many as 300 seasonal employees in addition to the 65
full-timers.
Seth Kelly and Ryan Keiser of CB Richard Ellis represented LG Electronics.
Hillwood was represented in-house by Steve Aldrich.
The Alliance Global Logistics Hub is part of the AllianceTexas development, which
also includes the Monterra Village apartment home community, Alliance Town
Center, the corporate campuses and golf courses of Circle T Ranch, and the
Heritage and Saratoga residential communities.
