Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion To Strike Google Inc.’s Obviousness Disclosure
Under Patent Rule 3-3(b) (Dkt. No. 117). The Court, having reviewed the motion, Google’s
response, and the other relevant papers in this action, finds that the motion should be denied.
It is, therefore, ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ Motion to Strike Google’s Obviousness
Disclosure be DENIED.
