SURREPLY TO ROCKSTAR’S MOTION TO STRIKE OBVIOUSNESS DISCLOSURE,
AND RESPONSE TO ROCKSTAR’S MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY
Defendant Google Inc. files this unopposed motion for an extension of time for the
following:


To file Google’s Surreply to Rockstar’s Motion to Strike Google’s Deficient
Obviousness Disclosure Under Patent Rule 3-3(b) (Dkt. No. 117) up to and
including September 4, 2014, which is a two day extension from the current due
date of September 2, 2014; and



To file Google’s Response to Rockstar’s Motion to Compel Discovery (Dkt. No.
126) up to and including September 12, 2014, which is a seven day extension
from the current due date of September 5, 2014.

Google has conferred with Plaintiffs, who do not oppose this motion. This extension is
not for the purpose of delay but rather to properly respond to Rockstar’s motions.
