No. 117), and to file its Response to Rockstar’s Motion to Compel Discovery (Dkt. No. 126). It is hereby ORDERED that the unopposed motion for extension of time is GRANTED. Google’s Surreply to Rockstar’s Motion to Strike Google’s Deficient Obviousness Disclosure Under Patent Rule 3-3(b) shall now be due on Thursday, September 4, 2014.
