ORDER GRANTING GOOGLE INC.’S MOTION TO TRANSFER VENUE
Before the Court is Google Inc.’s Motion To Transfer Venue to the Northern District of
California. Upon careful consideration of the Motion, and pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), the
Court finds that Google Inc.’s Motion should be GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED that this case, Rockstar Consortium US LP and NetStar
Technologies LLC v. Google Inc., Case No. 2:13-cv-00893-RG, shall be immediately transferred
from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division, to the
United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
