BRIEF IN SUPPORT OF DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO TRANSFER VENUE
Defendant Pamela F. Jenkins (“Jenkins”) and Defendant The Cupcakery, LLC, a Nevada
Limited Liability Company (“Nevada Cupcakery”) (collectively, Jenkins and The Nevada
Cupcakery are the “Defendants”) hereby file this, their Unopposed Motion to Extend Deadline to
File Reply Brief in Support of Motion to Transfer Venue, and would show the Court as follows:
Defendants hereby move the Court for an order extending the time for Defendants to file
a reply brief in response to Plaintiffs’ Response Brief In Opposition To Defendants’ Motion to
Transfer Venue through June 17, 2011. Counsel for Defendants has conferred with counsel for
Plaintiffs, and counsel for Plaintiffs is not opposed to the relief sought herein.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Defendants pray that the Court enter an
order extending the time for Defendants to file a reply brief in support of Defendants’ Motion to
