DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO TRANSFER VENUE
On this day, the Court considered Pamela F. Jenkins (“Jenkins”) and The
Cupcakery, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company’s (“Nevada Cupcakery”)
(collectively, the “Defendants”) Unopposed Motion to Extend Deadline to File Reply
Brief in Support of Defendants’ Motion to Transfer Venue (the “Motion”), seeking an
extension of the deadline to file a reply brief in support of Defendants’ Motion to
Transfer Venue to and through June 17, 2011. The request is unopposed, and the Court is
of the opinion that the Motion should be granted.
It is therefore ORDERED that Defendants’ Unopposed Motion to Extend
Deadline to File Reply Brief in Support of Defendants’ Motion to Transfer Venue is
ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE TO
