ORDER GRANTING APPLE INC.'S MOTION TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF ASSERTED CLAIMS Before the Court is Apple Inc.'s Motion To Limit the Number of Asserted Claims. After considering the Motion, the relief requested therein, and the relevant facts, evidence and arguments of the parties, the Court finds that for good cause appearing the Motion should be and hereby is GRANTED. IT IS SO ORDERED that Mirror Worlds reduce its asserted claims to no more than one claim per patent (four).
