Monday, August 09, 2010 11:33 AM Solo, Alex MW_v_Apple; Mirror Worlds Subject: MW Asserted Claims Alex, As you know, we have met and conferred several times on the issue of whether Mirror Worlds will limit the number of asserted claims that it plans to assert at trial, as Jeff Randall initially raised in his June 24, 2010 letter. You previously indicated that Mirror Worlds would be willing to do so, after it had reviewed Apple's summary judgment filings. You have now had plenty of time to review those filings, and the pretrial conference is fast approaching, yet we still do not have answer. While we do not wish to burden the Court with this issue, we will need to move the Court for relief if Mirror Worlds cannot identify the claims that it plans to assert at trial. Please let us know by close of business today what claims you plan to assert. Thanks, Allan _______________________________________________________________________ Allan M.
