entered in this matter, Defendants' reply is currently due on September 30, 2010. By this Motion, Defendants seek an extension to and including October 1, 2010, in which to file their Reply in Support of Their Motion for Summary Judgment of Indefiniteness. 4. Plaintiff does not oppose this extension.

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Defendants pray that the Court grant this Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time by extending the time period for Defendants to file their Reply in support of their Motion for Summary Judgment of Indefiniteness as to Claims 1, 2, 5 and 6 of U.S. Patent No. 5,893,120 up to and including October 1, 2010.
