ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR DEFENDANTS TO FILE THEIR REPLY IN SUPPORT OF THEIR MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT OF INDEFINITENESS AS TO CLAIMS 1, 2, 5, AND 6 OF U.S. PATENT NO. 5,893,120 Before the Court is Defendants Yahoo! Inc., Google Inc., Match.com, LLC, Softlayer Technologies, Inc., MySpace, Inc., AOL Inc., and Amazon.com, Inc. ("Defendants") Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time for Defendants to File their Reply in Support of their Motion for Summary Judgment of Indefiniteness as to Claims 1, 2, 5 and 6 of U.S. Patent No. 5,893,120. After consideration of said motion for extension, the Court is of the opinion that it should be GRANTED. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants shall have up to and including October 1, 2010 to file their Reply in Support of their Motion for Summary Judgment of Indefiniteness as to Claims 1, 2, 5 and 6 of U.S. Patent No. 5,893,120.
