ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR LEAVE TO SERVE AN EXPERT REPORT REGARDING REEXAMINATION PROCEDURES IN THE UNITED STATES PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE

Before the Court is Defendants' Motion for Leave to Serve an Expert Report Regarding Reexamination Procedures in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. After consideration of same, the Court is of the opinion that said motion should be GRANTED. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants are allowed to identify an expert to testify regarding reexamination procedures before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
