ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT PLAYBOY ENTERPRISES INTERNATIONAL, INC'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLETE CERTAIN DISCOVERY The Court, having considered the motion of Defendant Playboy Enterprises International, Inc. ("Playboy") to extend certain discovery deadlines and finding no objection to it, hereby GRANTS the motion. IT IS ORDERED that Playboy shall have until September 6, 2010 to complete the rolling production of documents as required by paragraph 2(B) of the Joint Agreed Discovery Order [Dkt. No. 247].
