JOINT MOTION OF PLAINTIFF AND DEFENDANTS FOR EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO RESPOND TO AMENDED PLEADINGS The Plaintiff and Defendants jointly move this Court to extend the deadline to respond to Amended Pleadings until Monday, January 31, 2011. Thursday, December 30, 2010. The parties request this change in light of Eolas' Unopposed Motion for Extension of the December 16, 2010 "Amended Pleadings (Pre-Claim Construction)" Deadline Until January 17, 2011 (Doc. #528), which this Court granted on December 15, 2010 (Doc. #529). In making this motion, the parties neglected to ask for a similar extension of the deadline to respond to those amended pleadings. As a result, the current deadline to respond to the amended pleadings That deadline is currently set for

is currently set for December 30, 2010 (Docket Control Order, Doc. #249), which is approximately three weeks before the amended pleadings themselves are due.
