ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION OF PLAINTIFF AND DEFENDANTS FOR EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO RESPOND TO AMENDED PLEADINGS The Plaintiff and Defendants filed their Joint Motion of Plaintiff and Defendants for Extension of Deadline to Respond to Amended Pleadings from December 30, 2010 (Docket Control Order, Doc. #249) until January 31, 2011. The Court is of the opinion that such motion should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the deadline to respond to amended pleadings shall be extended to January 11, 2011.
