UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
AND SUBSTITUTE ADDITIONAL COUNSEL
Defendants Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC respectfully moves this Court for an order
permitting the withdrawal of King & Spalding LLP, from representation of Google Inc. and
YouTube, LLC and would like to substitute Ropes & Gray LLP, as counsel for Google Inc. and
YouTube, LLC. King & Spalding LLP, further requests to be removed from the electronic
service list in this case.
Plaintiff does not oppose the withdrawal, and the withdrawal of King & Spalding LLP,
will not prejudice Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC as they will be represented by Ropes & Gray
LLP, who is fully capable of representing the interests of Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC
WHEREFORE, Defendants Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC request that this Court grant
the Motion to Withdraw King & Spalding LLP, and substitute Ropes & Gray LLP, as counsel for
Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC.
