ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
AND SUBSTITUTE ADDITIONAL COUNSEL
Having considered the Unopposed Motion to Withdraw as Counsel and Substitute
Additional Counsel for Defendants Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC, the Court hereby GRANTS
said Motion. It is therefore
ORDERED that King & Spalding LLP, withdraw as counsel for Defendants Google Inc.
and YouTube, LLC, Inc., and be relieved of any further responsibility to act as counsel for
Defendants in this action.
It is further ORDERED that Ropes & Gray LLP, be substituted in as counsel of record
for Defendants Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC.
It is further ORDERED that King & Spalding LLP, shall be removed from the electronic
service list in this case.
