UNOPPOSED MOTION OF DEFENDANT FRITO-LAY, INC. FOR EXTENSION
OF TIME TO COMPLETE MEDIATION
Defendant Frito-Lay, Inc. (“Frito-Lay”) hereby moves the Court for extension of
time to complete mediation. Counsels for Plaintiff and Frito-Lay have met and conferred
regarding the relief requested herein and this motion is unopposed.
The deadline for Plaintiff and Frito-Lay to complete mediation is currently set for
May 2, 2011 (Dkt. 598). However, Plaintiff and Frito-Lay have scheduled a mediation
session with Mediator Faulkner on May 18, 2011. Accordingly, Frito-Lay respectfully
requests that the Court grant this unopposed Motion and extend the deadline for Plaintiff
and Frito-Lay to complete mediation to May 18, 2011.
