ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION OF DEFENDANT FRITO-LAY,
INC. FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLETE MEDIATION
The Court, having considered Defendant Frito-Lay, Inc.’s (“Frito-Lay”)
unopposed motion for extension of time to complete mediation and finding no objection
to it, hereby GRANTS the motion.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff and Frito-Lay shall have up to
and include May 18, 2011 to complete mediation.
