REGARDING WEB ANALYTICS On June 8, 2011, Plaintiff Eolas Technologies Incorporated (“Eolas”) filed its Motion to Compel Discovery from Citigroup Inc. Regarding Web Analytics. Eolas requests that the Court issue an expedited briefing schedule on this motion and address the motion on an expedited basis. Because the issues are straight-forward and have been contemplated by the parties for some time, and because the requested discovery is needed for the expert reports due on June 24, 2011, Eolas requests that the Court set an expedited briefing schedule for Eolas’ Motion to Compel Discovery from Citigroup Inc., as set forth below: Defendant’s opposition brief due: Thursday, June 16, 2011.
