MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY FROM CITIGROUP INC.
REGARDING WEB ANALYTICS
The Court, having considered Eolas Technologies Inc.’s (“Plaintiff”) Opposed Motion for
Expedited Briefing on Eolas’ Motion to Compel Discovery from Citigroup Inc. Regarding Web
Analytics, which motion to expedite is opposed by defendant Citigroup Inc. and finding good
cause supporting it, finds the Motion should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant file any brief in opposition to Plaintiff’s
motion no later than June 16, 2011, and that Plaintiff file any reply brief no later than June 20,
2011.
