LICENSE AND DOCUMENTS FROM DEPOSITION OF AJAY GOPAL
Eolas’s Unopposed Motion For Expedited Briefing On Eolas’ Motion To Compel
Discovery From eBay Inc. Regarding The eBay/Mercexchange License And Documents From
Deposition Of Ajay Gopal [Docket No. 729] moves the Court to set an expedited briefing
schedule relating to Eolas’s motion to compel [Docket No. 728]. Following the filing of that
motion, the parties further met and conferred regarding the briefing schedule. In view of Eolas’s
stated desire to have the underlying issues addressed at previously-scheduled June 29, 2011
hearing, the parties jointly request that the Court enter the following schedule for briefing on
Eolas’s motion:
Defendant’s opposition brief due: Tuesday, June 28, 2011.
Eolas’ reply brief due: Wednesday, June 29, 2011.

The parties have conferred regarding the relief requested herein and this motion is made
jointly and is unopposed. A proposed order is submitted herewith.
