Compel Discovery from eBay Inc. Regarding the eBay/MercExchange License and
Documents from the Deposition of Ajay Gopal, and finding good cause supporting it, finds
that the Motion should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that eBay's opposition brief is due Tuesday,
June 28, 2011 and Eolas' reply brief is due Wednesday, June 29, 2011.
