REPLY TO EOLAS’S OPPOSITION TO GO DADDY’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY
JUDGMENT OF NONINFRINGEMENT BASED ON ITS LICENSE DEFENSE
Defendant Go Daddy Group, Inc. (Go Daddy) respectfully files this unopposed motion
for extension of time for Go Daddy to file its reply brief to Plaintiff Eolas Technologies, Inc.’s
(“Eolas”) opposition brief to Go Daddy’s Motion for Summary Judgment of Non-infringement
Based on Its License Defense.
Currently Go Daddy must file its reply brief by August 26, 2011. Go Daddy and Eolas
conferred and agreed that the deadline for Go Daddy to file its reply brief will be extended to
August 31, 2011.
The granting of this Motion will not alter any other case deadline.
Accordingly, Go Daddy respectfully requests that the Court grant this unopposed motion
and extend the time for Go Daddy to file its reply brief to August 31, 2011.
