The Court, having considered the motion of Defendant The Go Daddy Group, Inc. (“Go
Daddy”) to extend the time for Go Daddy to file its reply brief to Eolas’s opposition brief to Go
Daddy’s Motion for Summary Judgment of Non-infringement based on its license defense, hereby:
GRANTS the motion.
IT IS ORDERED that Go Daddy shall have until August 31, 2011 to file its reply brief.
